Working with Oxford Innovation, Studio 18 were tasked with working on the branding and new collateral for the TVB Business Growth Hub. Using the existing identity and colour palette, we introduced a new font that works across both print and digital media complete with brand guidelines to give the brand some unity. The result is a strong new look with a wave to act as a key identifier for the brand.
The role of the Growth Hub is to help entrepreneurs, start-ups and established businesses find a range of support and advice to grow their business, and the website is the front door for many of them. The biggest piece of functionality on the new website is the Marketplace and Finance Finder, which uses filters to give relevant pages of information to the user’s business and results from the Marketplace based on their selection.
Partners of the Growth Hub can log in and list events and users can become members of the Marketplace and list their business. There’s also a search facility and several email sign-ups throughout the site that integrate with the Growth Hub’s lists in MailChimp.
The end result is an interactive website that is reflective of the Growth Hub and its place in the marketplace. As part of the project, we’ll conduct quarterly reviews to ensure the site is always functioning effectively and is up-to-date with current design trends.
