On Your Marks… Get Set… GDPR…

The race is on to get yourself back to being web legal by the end of May when the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into force. Whether you’re ready or not, the finishing line is set for 25th May and at this point, you need to be operating your website in line with the new kid on the block where privacy and data protection are concerned.
This may seem a little overwhelming. This will be particularly so if you haven’t previously given too much attention to those policies which sit on your website not actually doing much – most notably your privacy and cookies policies, as well as your general terms of use. These documents now need your attention, as they must comply with the GDPR.
As you approach 25th May this is a chance to re-visit your privacy policy in a stress-free way.
Cross the GDPR Finishing Line with a FREE Privacy Policy.
Yes, we did use ‘stress-free’ and ‘GDPR’ in the same sentence. This is because we’re working with Legalo to bring you free, clear and concise templates for use on your website. These legal templates, which can be edited by you to suit your business, are drafted by expert lawyers for website owners such as yourself, removing the need to dabble in legal territory which could leave you nervous.
As well as the privacy policy which is created specifically with GDPR in mind, you can also receive free terms of use for your website, a cookies policy template, and an email disclaimer. These templates can all be adapted to suit your business.
